I purchased an electronic Gift Card, how do I gift it to someone?

You may perform this one of three ways:
1) Forward the link for the gift card(s) that you received directly to the recipient in an email with a note
2) Click the link, download the PDF gift card(s) and attach them to an email with a note
3) Click the link, print the PDF gift card(s) and present them to your recipient in person
Alternatively, you may purchase the physical gift card and have one mailed directly to them.

How do I use Market Coin Gift Cards?

Electronic Gift Cards: Simply click the link(s) that you received and either download/print the PDF that’s displayed or save it to your phone. Once at Stanley, present the gift card to a participating vendor at Stanley Marketplace, they will scan the QR code and remove the purchase price from your available balance.
Physical Gift Cards: Bring the card with you and show it to a participating vendor at Stanley Marketplace, they will scan the QR code and remove the purchase price from your available balance.

Stanley Market Gift Cards by Market Coin are redeemable solely for goods and services in person at Stanley Marketplace located at 2501 Dallas St, Aurora, CO 80010. Gift cards may be purchased online at www.StanleyGiftCards.com, or from the Trunk Nouveau vending machine located across from ZERO Market inside of Stanley Marketplace.

The following terms and conditions apply to the use of a pre-paid Stanley Market Gift Card. BY PURCHASING OR USING THE GIFT CARD, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HERE.

Use. When your gift card is purchased, the available balance of your gift card will be the activated value of your gift card, less activation fees. This available balance will be reduced by each purchase until your gift card balance reaches zero. Your gift card will automatically terminate when it has a zero balance. After your gift card is terminated, transactions on your gift card will be declined. If your purchase amount exceeds the available balance of your gift card, you must combine the use of your gift card with another form of payment accepted by the vendor at Stanley Marketplace.

Use Limitations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, your gift card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Market Coin, and Market Collaborative, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a gift card if it believes that the gift card was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards. Please safeguard your gift card’s number and protect the card as cash. Without the gift card number and the original purchaser’s name, your gift card cannot be replaced, nor can any remaining balance on your gift card be transferred to a new gift card. Replacement value will be the value of the gift card at the time you report the loss, theft or damage.

Balance inquiries. You should keep track of the available balance on your gift card. You may inquire about the amount of the available balance of your gift card by following the instructions under the Contact Us section above. You are required to know your gift card number and the original purchaser’s name to access this information.

Expiration Date and Fees. Your gift card will expire seven years from the issuance date. You may obtain your expiration date by calling the 800 number on the card and providing both the gift card number and the original purchaser’s name. Your gift card has no dormancy, or other fees associated with it at this time.

Changes. Market Coin and Market Collaborative, Inc. may change the terms of, or add new terms of use at any time without giving you prior notice. Please visit our website prior to each use of the gift card to view the most recent version.

Governing Law. All terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado , notwithstanding any conflict of law rules.
